I cannot say enough great things about this office, I'm one of those individuals that has alot of anxiety with any sort of dental work that I know has to be done. From the moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a warm hello from Laura at the front desk, she got me checked in smoothy and assured me that I would be seen shortly, was very kind, efficient and professional with the whole process.
I was taken back for my X-rays and was blown away at how through it was, but was also pleased because with every passing moment and interaction I had with a member of the office my anxiety was less and less.
I was shown the room where I would be cared for and started to feel a bit cold because I had worn shorts and a t-shirt that day, I was offered a blanket to make me feel more comfortable, it's the little things like this that go a million miles for someone like me
Alexis and Dr. Chung were nothing short of amazing and I cannot speaking more highly of them, they kindly walked me through every detail with maticulous attention and explained everything beyond my expectations.
I felt at peace and knew I was in the best hands that could care for me, I was able to relax so well, and they were done before I even knew it. They didn't make me feel like just another individual , I felt like a valued patient of the practice and will remember this experience forever.
